🚀 Product Release Notes – September 6, 2025
We’re excited to share the latest updates to CultureBot! This release makes employee intros more flexible, adds a new way to manage employee data, and includes several improvements to overall performance and usability.
Highlights at a Glance
•Intro Groups → Increased maximum group size from 6 to 10 people.
•Employee Directory → New employee listing with filters, inline editing, export, and more.
•UX Enhancements → Improved error pages, image gallery, and metadata visibility.
•Faster Celebrations → Optimized delivery of birthday & anniversary messages.
1. Bigger Intro Groups for Better Connections
One of our most requested features: you can now include up to 10 people in each intro group (previously 6).
- Perfect for team lunches, larger networking groups, or company-wide mixers.
- Applies to both the lottery function and standard employee intros.
👉 This means more meaningful connections for growing teams without leaving anyone out.
2. New Employee / Users Directory Page
We’ve created a new area in the Web Portal to introduce a full Employee / User Data hub.
- View all team members and platform users with sorting and filtering options.
- See user avatars for easier browsing.
- Inline edit for key fields like title, department, groups, birthday, anniversary, manager.
- Export functionality to CSV for easy reporting.
This makes it easier than ever for admins to manage people data directly in CultureBot, and lays the groundwork for exciting new features to come.
3. UX Improvements
We’ve polished the user experience across the platform with:
- Fresh 404 Not Found and 401 Unauthorized page designs.
- Cleaner, more intuitive Images Gallery UI.
- Improved visibility: Admins and Partial Admins can now see user metadata in tables.
4. Faster & More Reliable Celebrations 🎉
Birthday and anniversary messages now deliver faster and more consistently. Your team’s special moments will always be recognized right on time.
