Using The Zoom Meeting Integration

The Zoom Meeting Integration works with our Intros Feature.

Step 1:

Choose "Zoom" for meeting link service when setting up an introductions pairing

Setup Zoom Integration with CultureBot to make employee introductions easy with Zoom.

Step 2:

Once an intro pairing goes out, the users who have been paired up will see a "manage integration" option

Step 3:

Click that option to authorize your Zoom account as a single user.

Step 4:

Accept the permissions requested.

Step 5:

You'll see a success screen. Next, go back to the intro pairing message seen in Slack. You will see a Zoom link has automatically generated for your intro pairing meeting to happen. Clicking this button will take you directly into the meeting. If you've also opted to sync with your Google Calendar, then this URL will appear in the meeting link field within the event.

Step 6:

Disconnecting your integration with Zoom - to do so, click 'manage integration', you will then see a remove button
